1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SHGORA ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Adults Only
The Service contains adult-oriented material and is intended solely for adults. All models and performers appearing on the Service are 18 years of age or older. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Memberships & Payments
Paid memberships unlock premium content for the period stated at checkout. Payments are made through the third-party methods listed at checkout. Access is granted after your payment receipt has been reviewed and approved. Prices are shown in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) unless stated otherwise.
5. Refunds
Because access is granted to digital content immediately upon approval, memberships are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to record, download, redistribute, resell, or publicly display content from the Service; not to share your account; and not to attempt to bypass any access controls or payment gates. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service is owned by SHGORA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited, personal, non-transferable right to view content while your membership is active.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Disclaimer & Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHGORA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
